As a neurodivergent therapist, I want to create a collaborative therapeutic space where you can feel safe authentically bringing all parts of yourself, without judgement.
My work is rooted in curiosity, creativity, and compassion, with an understanding that healing is never one-size-fits-all. As someone with lived experience of neurodivergence, I know how challenging it can be to navigate systems and expectations that weren’t designed with your brain in mind. That perspective shapes the way I show up when working with you – patient, affirming, and committed to adapting to your needs and co-creating space that feels both safe and real.
I thrive in working with adolescents, emerging adults, and women of all ages navigating ADHD, anxiety, disordered eating, body image concerns, self-esteem, identity, and the trauma that can be interwoven with these experiences and identities. Supporting you through the challenges and struggles in life, and celebrating your wins and moments of joy & wonder.
Beyond therapy, I am an ardent audio book listener, museum meanderer, an alliteration aficionado, and enchanted by nature. I believe in finding the magic in the mundane and the beauty in imperfection and impermanence, like the Japanese concept of wabi sabi. I love exploring in the physical world around me and through metaphor, symbolism, and creative expression. I value creating art through a variety of mediums from painting to photography, to textile, collage, digital art, and mixed media. Art making, movement in nature or through music, reading, and my other interests engage, challenge, and ground me. I hope to work with you as you find meaning, tools, support, space and healing in and beyond the therapy setting.

Hi, I’m nicole!
My Approach
My holistic approach to therapy is collaborative and integrative. You are the expert on your own life, and I view therapy as a partnership, walking alongside you with tools, creativity, and encouragement. I use a blend of person-centered, multicultural, and trauma-informed perspectives, often incorporating art and somatic techniques that go beyond words. As people we are all constantly growing and changing, I am a work-in-progress and intend to work from a place of cultural humility. Whatever form it takes, I aim to create a space that feels inclusive, flexible, and affirming of your unique needs and strengths.
My experience
I have worked with children, teens, and adults in schools, community programs, and outpatient settings. My clinical experience has centered on neurodivergence, anxiety, ADHD, disordered eating, and trauma, with a special focus on supporting women and girls with ADHD and comorbidities. These experiences have shown me how powerful it is to meet people where they are, and to adapt therapy so it reflects your life rather than forcing you into a mold. Alongside my training as a Registered Art Therapist (ATR-P), and Resident in Counseling I have additional training in trauma-informed art therapy and energy healing.
