Sometimes it can feel like we are an island

Group therapy can help you feel that you are not alone.

We offer a variety of groups as a way for people to connect more fully with themselves, their creativity, their values, and their community. The groups that we offer are not intended to be a replacement for therapy and all group participants are required to have ongoing personal therapy. You must complete a 30 minute intake to determine best fit. Please check back here to see what groups are currently being offered.
