Women with ADHD: A Virtual Art Therapy Group
Come create and connect with other women who experience and understand the experiences of living with ADHD through a supportive and accessible therapy space. The group will adapt to the needs and areas of support of group participants, including executive function, overwhelm, sensory experiences, communication, rejection sensitivity and more!
Who: Adult women and AFAB people with ADHD

Women’s Therapeutic Art Group: Connection through creativity and community
This art-based group will focus on offering space for women to find connection amongst their peers and use art as a way to connect with their creativity and themselves. Group members will be able to give input into what they would like to explore. Some topics we might cover are boundaries, connecting in relationships, work-life balance, rest, and the mind body connection.
Who: Women over the age of 18. This is an inclusive space and all are welcome. Limited to 6 participants.

Investment: $90 per session. Superbills are provided.

Men’s ADHD Group
This group aims to support men who are neurodivergent and would like space to connect. In this group, we will discuss how neurodivergence impacts men as well as allow for a supportive space to discuss the joys and the challenges of being neurodivergent.
Who: Men over the age of 18. who are neurodivergent and want space to connect

Queer/Neurodivergent Support Group
This group is a space for queer and neurodivergent individuals to gather, being in community, make art, and support one another. If you are queer or neurodivergent and want space to be yourself with other people in your community. Based on interest we will run group for teens and young adults and adults.
Summer Community Art Workshop
Join us July 22nd for an evening of art making and community. We will be decorating clay pots and reflecting on growth. We will provide all art supplies but feel free to to bring whatever you would like.
July 22nd rom 5:45-7:15 pm at our Herndon Office
Cost: $15 - to cover art supplies!
